Semolina Prawn Cutlet
Ingredients
- 500 gm prawns
- 1/2 cup semolina
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Water as required
- Olive oil for spraying
Garnish
- Coriander chutney
- Red chilli
Preparations
- Mince the prawns using the Usha Food Processor.
- In a bowl add the minced prawns, semolina, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well.
- Make small round portions of the mixture and place them on the frying pan of the Usha 360˚R Halogen Oven and spray olive oil on it. Cook the prawn cutlets at 180˚ for 10 mins.
- Garnish with red chilli and serve it with coriander chutney.
